Prices All prices are expressed in Euros and are inclusive of VAT.

Payment:

Payment can be made by PayPal or bank transfer in advance.

Billing:

Invoicing is carried out only if the VAT number and / or the Tax Code are clearly indicated for each order. These data will be used to compile the Customer / Supplier lists as per DL 248/2006. In the case of sales to individuals, the goods will be accompanied by an invoice.

Shipment:

The shipment is made as soon as possible, usually within 2 working days following the order. However, delays may occur due to force majeure.

Complaints:

The Customer can exercise the right of Withdrawal or Afterthought, returning the goods received within 15 days following the date of receipt. In case of dispute, communicate the problem precisely. We ask to be contacted before the return. The goods must be intact and in its original packaging, returns of partially used products will not be accepted, except for those products that are found to be defective. In case of withdrawal, the value of the goods will be refunded by bank check or, at the request of the Customer, a credit of the same amount will be assigned for a future order. By accepting these general conditions, the buyer renounces any of his own general conditions of purchase considered individually or as a whole.

The Court of Rovereto (TN) will be exclusively competent for any dispute.
