Peace signed between Germany and France

La Commune de Paris. Wednesday, May 10, 1871. Today the peace between Germany and France has been signed. The latter loses Alsace and part of Lorraine, and is also obliged to pay 5 billion francs to cover war damage. Now all the efforts of the French government of Versailles will be concentrated in the repression of the insurrection of the Commune de Paris.
