News from the Province.Today the Commune de Narbonne falls.The troops of Versailles restore government order.This is followed by the arrest of 203 soldiers who had passed to the Commune and will be sentenced to be transferred to disciplinary battalions.Nineteen soldiers will be sentenced to death, with the sentence commuted to life-long hard labor to be served in New Caledonia.They will be amnestied in 1879 and 1880.
