What is my return policy?
Returning an item couldn't be easier. If you are not completely satisfied with your artwork, you have 14 days from the date you received the piece to request a replacement or return.
We'll work out, you and I, how to arrange pickup from your home or wherever you'd like.
And it's completely free.
For quick and easy service you need to make sure of the following:
Return the artwork within 14 days.
The artwork must be in its original packaging and in the same condition in which it arrived.

To request a return or replacement, simply write to me. If the unthinkable happens and your artwork arrives damaged, write to me and describe the problem. Also some detailed photos of any damage suffered would be very useful.
What happens next?
Once I receive your request I will respond within one business day. We will agree on a pickup date and how to make the return.
You will be fully refunded the value of the artwork and the initial shipping costs as soon as I receive the return. Alternatively, if you request a replacement, I will ship you your new artwork as soon as I receive the original piece.
